Alliance Solutions Group is searching for a Business Development Manager / Inside - Outside Sales Rep who is passionate about sales. Specializing in skilled manufacturing, we have created a supportive atmosphere where you will engage in friendly competition and be provided the resources to make you successful. Support will be provided by the awesome branch and management team in Independence.

Base salary of $50-55k + commission + benefits

• Start your day at headquarters. [please apply online] new business and expansion revenue by prospecting via phone, email and in person business appointments
• Attend sales appointments with members of your team
• Collaborate with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting
• Build strong relationships with decision makers using strategic sales strategies
• Be an active learner on a consistent basis in order to be an expert in our industry and market
• Achieve weekly metrics for cold calling quotas
• Negotiate pricing and contracts

Who we are looking for:

• Manufacturing experience coupled with a sales background is preferred
• Previous inside and or outside B2B sales experience is preferred but not required
• Appointment setting experience
• Impeccable interpersonal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales objectives
• An independent go-getter who is not afraid of the word “no”
• Social media presence
• Valid driver’s license + own vehicle
